Stopped by while visiting Lubbock and so glad we did! Hands down the best baked goods we've tried lately. The churro muffin was excellent; really soft and they didn't skimp on the cinnamon sugar. The Pop-Tart was flaky and not dry like we've found them at other bakeries. And the chocolate eclair was incredible. The filling was by far the best eclair filling we've tried...not too sweet like some but still had good flavor. Really solid bakery! Will return next time we are in Lubbock.

I had a great experience at Brûlée Bakery. The pastries were fresh, delicious, and beautifully made, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax. Everything I tried was full of flavor, and I'd definitely come back to sample more of their baked goods.

I enjoyed my visit to Brûlée Bakery. The pastries were fresh, and there was a nice variety to choose from. The staff was friendly, and the bakery had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax for a bit. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and I'd stop by again to try a few more items.

I finally had the chance to visit Brûlée Bakery today, and honestly, the experience lived up to everything I had heard about it. From the second you walk in, you can tell this isn’t just another bakery. The atmosphere feels warm, intentional, and welcoming. The presentation of everything behind the glass looks like something straight out of a food magazine, but the best part is the pastries actually taste as good as they look. I had one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches along with a fruit tart, and both were absolutely incredible. The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery without feeling overly heavy, and you could tell it was made fresh with real attention to detail. The fruit tart was one of the prettiest desserts I’ve seen in a long time, but more importantly, it tasted fresh, balanced, and not overly sweet. The fruit was vibrant, the glaze was light, and the tart shell had the perfect texture. I also had the chance to meet B, the owner, and you can immediately tell there’s real passion behind this place. Finding out they’ve been in business for almost 4 years and already supply pastries to several other shops around town honestly makes a lot of sense after seeing t

I went for my first time this morning. It is a quiet and cute bakery with so many varieties of pastries. I ordered an almond croissant (which was so flaky and tastes amazing) and a raspberry chai latte that was so good. I can't wait to go back to try new things on their menu.
